Director Sean McManus and his staff have decades of experience coaching athletes of all levels; whether you are a developing newcomer looking for foundational techniques or an experienced athlete attempting to reach the elite level, we can assist you in maximizing your potential. Most importantly, Coach McManus has successfully used online-coaching platforms with athletes ranging from brand new youth athletes to high school state champions, national champions, professional athletes, sub-4:00 milers and Olympians.      Our online coaching programs utilize the leading web-based training interface. Athletes receive monthly training plans with detailed daily workouts. Training sessions and advanced metrics are reviewed by a Threshold Athletics coach and regular feedback is provided. Though most of the daily communication is via electronic correspondence, weekly phone consultations provide opportunities to develop the coach/athlete relationship while discussing recent and future training, goals and challenges. 

     Due to the individual nature of personal coaching, student-athletes interested in elite personal online coaching and training should contact us below to discuss programming options and to make sure that an online-based training program is right for you.  

     Elements of your personal coaching and training programs might include:
